Object of the contract
The purchase contract is established between GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD
, represented by Sr. Lucad NABIL , and the Comprador/Vendor, defined as the legal or legal person responsible for the purchase or sale of a vehicle through GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD .
2. Reserve and storage
All vehicle reservations are subject to a deposit of 30% of the total sales price or the total purchase price of the invoice. This deposit requires the firmar el formulario de pedido. 3. Right of withdrawal and refund of the deposit

5. Guarantee
All vehicles sold by GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD come with a 1-year warranty that the parts and handles are subject to unrelated defects at the time of sale. This guarantee is valid for all sizes associated with GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD in France. Therefore, you can repair your vehicle on a larger vehicle without any additional complications or cargo due to repairs covered by the warranty.
Furthermore, the mileage of each vehicle is guaranteed. We certify that the mileage information provided at the time of sale is accurate and corresponds to the actual reading of the vehicle. This guarantees protection against fraudulent manipulation of the odometer.
6. Payment
The price of the sale, less than the deposit, must be realized before the entry of the vehicle. GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD accepts payment by bank transfer within legal limits.
After the rescission, you will cease using the Services immediately. If you don't know what you're looking for, you can simply stop using the Services.
7. Transfer of ownership
The ownership of the vehicle is transferred to the Comprador through the total price of the purchase price. As soon as you receive this package, the vehicle will be owned by GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD.
8. Obligations of the buyer
The Comprador commits to providing accurate and complete information to formalize the purchase contract. The inclusion of this obligation may result in the cancellation of the contract and the retention of the deposit.
9. Obligation of Nb GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD
GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD undertakes to store a vehicle conforming to the agreed specifications, free from major defects not declared at the time of sale and respecting the stated delivery locations in due course.
10. Resolution of Disputes
In the event of controversy relating to the application of these Terms and Conditions, the parties will encounter an amicable solution. Therefore, the controversy will be referred to the competent courts of conformity with the articles L.612-1 and following the French Consumer Code.
11. Protection of Personal Data
In compliance with the French Law for the Protection of Data Modified by the 6th of January 1978, the Comprador must access, rectify and eliminate the personal data that it contains, compiled by GGS CONSTRUCTION & MINI DIGGER HIRE LTD in the mark of the ejecución of the contract.
12. Acceptance of the General Sales Conditions
According to the order form, the Comprador recognizes the right and accepts these General Sales Conditions.
13. Final provisions
